Apply for Housing
We maintain a waiting list for the co-op's 153 suites. We accept new applications based on the size of our current waiting list, and on the anticipated availability of suites.
We are currently accepting applications for all suite sizes and encourage families to apply.
Subsidy is sometimes available—the Membership Committee will tell you if there is subsidy available when they call you about a vacancy. Income tested housing charges will be assessed at 25% (current rate) of gross income.
How to apply
To apply for membership at Four Sisters Co-op, print the application form (PDF) complete it in full, and mail it to:

Please note: we do not accept hand delivered applications, they must be mailed. If you'd rather receive an application form by mail, place a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope inside a larger envelope and mail it to the address above.
New: Applicants for membership must confirm their interest every 6 months by writing to the Membership Committee. Please note that any applications dated prior to December 31, 2007, which have not been renewed in writing, will be shredded, effective May 31, 2010.
After we receive your application form, the Membership Committee will contact you.
