Applying for Housing
Reading the What’ a Co-op page is a good place to start. Housing Co-ops are quite different from other types of housing.
If you’ve visited this site before you've probably noticed that suite vacancies are rarely listed. Why? Our membership committee does an excellent job of filling suites making it possible to balance our operating budget. What does this mean to you, the prospective member? We maintain an active waiting list for bachelor, one, two, and three bedroom suites, so if you’re looking for housing and think you’d make a good, co-operative member, we encourage you to apply, even if there are no suite vacancies listed.
New: Applicants for membership must confirm their interest every 6 months by writing to the Membership Committee. Please note that any applications dated prior to December 31, 2007, which have not been renewed in writing, will be shredded, effective May 31, 2010.
Please note that all members are required to participate in the day to day operations of the co-op.
Pets? One cat per suite.
